1. Q: What's your MOQ(minimum order quantity)?
A: One full 20ft container, mixed products are acceptable. We can produce as per your quantity based on different products. Please feel free to contact us, let's discuss furtherly.
2. Q: What's your packing methods?
A: Packed in bundle or bulk (customed is accepted). For steel pipes, we pack by steel strips with 61 pieces in bundle. Steel plan, steel frame, and steel prop are packed by steel strips in bundle. Couplers are in pallet.
3. Q: What's your delivery time?
A: 10-30 days after received the advance payment. For stel pipe, we can arrange shipment within 10-20 days usualy we have steel pipe in production line. For steel plank, steel prop and scaffolding frame, which need further welding, it takes 30 days. We will try our best to arrange shippment asap. Also we can arrange partial shipment based on your quantity.
4. Q: Are you manufacturer or trader?
A: We are a professional steel product manufacturer with more than 15 years of export experience. We have our own factories, one is for steel pipe, one is for galvanization, another is for scaffolding, such as steel plank, steel prop and steel frame. We have over 100 workers, with 5 welding line. Our products are exporting to Southeast and Mideast Asia, EU market. With our own factories, we can control the production cost and delivery time better. And provide you high quality goods with moderate price.
5. Q: Where's your factory?
A: Our factory is in Tianjin city (near Beijing), close to Tianjin Port. Our factory is located in the biggest steel industrial zone in China, with the steel industrial concentration, we can get raw material and fittings very fast, and arrange shipment ealrier.
6. Q: Can we visit your factory?
A: Warmly welcome. Once we have your schedule, we will arrange the professional sales team to follow up your case. It is helpful to know better about our factory. We can also do the remote inspection based on current coronavirus situation.
