Containerized Oxygen Generator plant is a complete onsite oxygen system in a container which can produce oxygen from the air directly and fill cylinders, all the components are installed within the container. It's for for portable & moving purpose, a perfect and professional solution for hospitals where oxygen source is far away from customers end.
The installation and commissioning are done by factory before shipment, delivery to customer as a turn-key project, easy for end users to operate. It can also save the cost for the decoration cost of the machine room.

A. Air process system( air compressor, refrigeration dryer, 6-stage air filters, double absorption dryer towers, air surge tank )
B. Oxygen Separation( PSA oxygen generator, zoelite molecular sieve oxygen storage tank, nitrogen storage, valve, Plc control system)
C. Oxygen pressurization system (oxygen compressor )
D. Oxygen cylinder filling system ( manifold, oxygen cylinders)
