Diamond Grinding Wing has specially designed "Bulge" shape segments, it can make the grinding smoother and quicker than the normal segment shape. These bulges are used to remove the rough surface on the floor.

There are 3 bond types the meet the different hardness of concrete floors, the red color is soft bond used to grind the hard floor, the green color is medium hard bond used to grind medium hard floor, the blue color is hard bond used to grind soft floor.

The Diamond grinding wing have both thread location holes and bore holes, so it can be fit on by bolt or magnet.

Packaging

To avoid the rub or friction during transportation and shipping, we specially developed the package for Diamond trapezoid grinding wing, we make a plastic fram which is exactly fit the size the shoe body. In this way, there won't be contact between grinding shoes.



Tips of Choosing the Bond

We supply Scanmaskin Snap on Diamond shoe with 5 metal bond types which can cover the concrete hardness from extra soft up to extra hard. It is essential to choose the right bond types for the grinding job. If the concrete floor is hard, the grinding shoe bond should be soft, however, if choose the hard bond, then the diamond segments of the grinding shoe will get burned easily after short time using and the grinding shoe will become plished.
