3. Can customers have a sample before placing an order? What is the sample policy?
Certainly! We are delighted to offer customized samples. A sample cost applies, which will be refunded upon your order placement.
4. How do you ensure quality, and can customers perform inspections?
Our meticulous Quality Control team oversees every critical process and carries out post-production checks. We can provide photos and videos before loading. If you have a representative or office in China, you are welcome to visit us for an inspection. They can verify all details. Third-party inspections such as SGS and COC are also welcome.
5. Can you assist with shipping?
Absolutely, we offer flexible shipping terms including EX-factory, FOB, CIF, and door-to-door delivery. Should you have your shipping agent, we are happy to coordinate delivery to the warehouse or directly load the container at the factory.
