Product Description
Ladle Shroud
Depending upon the con-casting condition, we provide ladle shrouds of Alumina-Graphite (Al2O3-C) or Alumina-Zirconia Graphite (Al2O3-ZrO2-C) which are custom designed. The products have the following characteristics:
1. Pre-baking unnecessary: With the functional gradient structure, our ladle shrouds are characterized by high thermal shock resistance and can be applied to the con-casting process directly from the ambient temperature, without preheating.
2. Long service life: Specially designed slag line composition for customer casting conditions guarantee our ladle shrouds with the properties of high erosion resistance.
