1.2, Description:
The lifting roller conveyors consist of lifting platform and transferring roller conveyors.
The transferring roller conveyors consist of rollers, sprocket wheel, chains and speed reducers. The rollers are fixed on the bracket beam by two vertical aligning bearings and run flexibly. The roller are of flanging form.
The height of flanging is 20mm;
Distance between rollers is 390mm;
Diameter of shafts is 108mm.
The rollers are made of seamless steel pipe (thickness: 6mm).
The lifting platform consists of brackets, lifting units and movable brackets. The brackets and movable brackets are made of welded profiled steel. The lifting units depend on cylinders to lift the movable brackets.
