1. The line has solution furnace, quenching device, ageing furnace, material feeding & discharging machine, electric control system.
2. The production line can be layed out as U shape or line shape according to customer's requirement & plant.
3. It is fueled byeither electricity, Natural Gas, or LPG.
4. The Heat Treatment Line can supplied with or without baskets. Design without baskets is more energy saving.
5. Computer Control system adopts PLC program control, computer control is set according to client's requirement.
