My company independently designed this device. In the side of the control box of the machine tool, the installation of the hand pulse control mechanism for the X-axis and z-axis feeding of the hand pulse control mechanism of the machine tool, you can choose the X-axis and z-axis control at will, and choose the cutting tool carriage feed rate, through the hand pulse of the hand wheel dial, easy to control the double-axis feed.
The traditional mechanical horizontal lathe tool needs a person to control the X axis and Z axis feed, another person to observe the position of the tool, the operation of the machine tool is cumbersome, the machining efficiency of the machine tool is not high also. My company designed this hand control unit, which only needs one person to control the feed of machine, at the same time, observe the position of the cutting tool, the operation is convenient and quick, which greatly improves the processing convenience and reduces the operation complexity.
