The integral foundation is 45° inclined bed casting, which occupies a small area but provides great quality;
it can handle the turning process of brass, bronze, aluminum, steel, stainless steel, and hard plastic, with rod diameter up to φ45mm or single workpiece diameter up to φ380mm.
The high-rigidity cast iron body provides the possibility of higher hardness and better smoothness (smaller roughness).
High-rigidity cutting is suitable for the machining of complex multi-process products such as long shaft turning, drilling, and tapping. Equipped with an automatic lubrication system, it ensures a stable and long-lasting drive system.
