Q1: What's the warranty of your machines?
In the 1st year, from the receiving the machine, we are responsible for any problems of the machine. We will provide new compoents at our cost and provide remote video trouble shoot if there is any problem. A trip to your facility will be arranged if it is necessary.
After the 1st year, we are still responsible for providing the technical support. The only difference is you need to pay for the replacement compoents. We provide free remote video trouble shoot support.
Q2: How do ship the machines to us?
We can fully handle the logistics - you pay for the machine and you see the machine arrive at your door.
We are fine if you prefer to handle part of the shipping and we handle the rest of them.
Q3: How do you ensure the quality of your machines?
We do design review before buying or machining any components. We do quality inspection on all the parts and components to make sure they meet our design specification. Once the machine is assebled, we do trial run with the cartridges and glue you use. Your on-site inspection/approval is welcome. We make sure it runs at leat several thousands good products without any problems before shipping.
Q4: What documents will you provide us along with the machine?
We will provide the operation manual, trouble shooting manual, drawings of the machine and electrical wiring diagram.
Q5: Can you make customized machines?
Yes, we do custom machines - or, let's say most of our machines are light-customized. Different customers has different types of cartridges or adhesive to fill. Some of them requires semi-automatic to save the cost for lower volumn products. Some requires fulling automative machine including feeding machines to maximum the efficiency for high volumn products.
