1.Description:
Suitable for continuous production of lead - covered cable sheath or rubber pipe
The line is composited of lead ingot feeding mechanism, melting furnace, holding furnace, Ω lead output tube, extrusion unit, transmission and water tank, screw and nut, mold base, gear lubrication device, cooling circulating water device, gantry type take-up and pay-off, cable tray, electric control system.
The extrusion unit works under constant temperature, constant speed and pressure, The thickness of lead coated will be of uniform, continuous, adjustable and high production efficiency
Adopts MMI+PLC control, the whole line linkage control and the operation status monitoring. The process data can be modified, stored and retrieved, and the operation is convenient and fast.
