Product Description
This machine is used to draw φ 8mm copper wire to φ 2.8 -φ 4.0mm annealed soft copper wire or half-hard copper wire
It adopts four quaternary drawing cones, one metering capstan is driven by separate motor, so that the finished product can be continuously coiled on capstans. By many protective methods, the machine runs steadily and safely. Meanwhile, it is easy to operate due to its automatic and humanistic designation.
The surface of the cone pulley is spouted by aluminum oxide in order to ensure its abrasive resistance, decrease the metal abrasion during drawing and improve the speed and quality of wire drawing. In addition, the operation cost is low by its convenient maintenance and adopting vector frequency transformer.
