Drum Twister(With Steel Wire Armoring)
1.Description:
Back twist rate is 0-100%,can be set freely.
Designed for laying up power conductors with 2/3/4/5 round cores and straight or sector shape cores. Optional filling and synchronous operation of wrapping equipment.
Wire armoring can be made by adding wire pay-off and wire pre-twisting device.
Adopts DC induction servo motor drive, production line synchronous operation is controlled by control system .
Freely setting of pitch and twist can be realized.
The machine is provided with HMI+PLC control system, process parameters can be stored, real-time monitoring of operating conditions, simple operation, convenient, fast.
