Ansen pipe repair bandage is a fibre reinforced polyurethane repair tape designed for the rapid repair of cracks and leaks in most types of pipework encountered in the engineering,chemical,marine and other industries.
Ansen pipe repair bandage works on wet,dry,dirty or corroded pipes even works under water...Salt or fresh activated by water it cures to produce a tough chemical resistant wrap around pipe.
Easy to use No mixing,repaired pipes can be returned to service in less than thirty minutes.

Operation Process
1.Shut off the pressure and isolate leak. Clean, degrease and abrade substrate around leak site.
2.Work putty until a uniform mixture is evident.
3.Apply mixed putty immediately to leak site. Firmly press putty into defect.
4.Put on gloves supplied with the Pipe Repair Bandage. Immerse Bandage in water or place under running tap water
for 10 secs.
5.Wrap the Bandage tautly around the leak site extending 50mm either side of damaged area.
6.Smooth the resin as it foams during curing and work resin into the base fabric in a 'tightening motion'. Restore pipe to service once Bandage is cured.
4.Put on gloves supplied with the Pipe Repair Bandage. Immerse Bandage in water or place under running tap water
for 10 secs.
5.Wrap the Bandage tautly around the leak site extending 50mm either side of damaged area.
6.Smooth the resin as it foams during curing and work resin into the base fabric in a 'tightening motion'. Restore pipe to service once Bandage is cured.
