Technical Description
The raw starch are dosing into ribbon mixer together with a certain amount of HCl, after mixing about 20~30 minutes, the mixture flow into silo. When the reactor was heating to the required temperature(over 130ºC), the starch and HCl mixture is pouring into the reactor through vacuum feeder, meanwhile, the wind valve of the drain pipe is opened to the maximum. After baking for about 45 minutes to 60 minutes, then close the wind valve to 1/2, after baking for about 90 minutes, turn off the wind valve. Then continue to bake until the finished product meet requirement. Turn on the cooling fan and the discharge valve at the bottom of the reactor, the final product will be discharged through the cooling pipe, and then send to the next procedure from the outlet of the cyclone dust collector.
