A1: Yes, we are a professional manufacturer with an experienced engineering team to make custom products according to customers' drawings.
Q2: Is the drawing safe after receiving it?
A2: Yes, we will not release your design to any third party unless we get your permission. We can sign a confidentiality agreement before you send the drawing.
Q3: What is the minimum order quantity?
A3: We require samples <20 and batches >100, but the more quantity, the better the price. In addition, we are happy to make prototypes or samples for customers to ensure quality standards.
Q4: Do you provide some samples?
A4: Yes, it only takes some sample cost and we will return it when we go to mass production.
Q5: If it is found that the received parts are not of good quality, how to deal with it?
