HUAYIDE's motorized mobile pallet rack also called aisle opening pallet rack, is a high density, selective solution for palletized products stored in production workshop, distribution center and frozen warehouse.
Our mobile racking is comprised of conventional pallet or cantilever racking mounted on steel framed mobile trolley with in-built motor which run along with the parallel rails embedded in the floor. The design eliminate the need for multiple picking aisles which significantly reduces the storage area required or alternatively doubles the storage capacity in the same size area. With those smooth wheel sets, racking upright able to bear heavy duty loads up to 24tons. HUAYIDE state-of-the-art sensor technology, user-friendly interface, variable control options and safety provisions ensure ease remote operation and absolute safety at all times.

Rail Type
Generally, all of our HUAYIDE rack systems can be set down on rail systems. The rack system is defined by the stored goods. Pallets, containers or barrels, for example, are stored on pallet racks. Basic-type mobile rack with embedded parallel rail system, suitable for heavy-duty load scenario. Non-Rail Type
Urethane wheels protect floor surfaces from the weight of the mobile rack along with the side guiding angle iron, making it possible to eliminate rails. The absence of rails facilitates flexible changes in layout making rail-less mobile racks most suitable for rented warehouses and the warehouses or plants in the food, pharmaceutical, or medical industries where floor construction is not desirable.
