FAQ
1. How about the sample and charge?
The sample is free, but the freight cost is charged. However, we will return the freight cost to you when you place an order.
2. What about the payment?
Payment terms include a 30% deposit in advance, with the remaining 70% balance against the copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L), payable by T/T. Alternatively, we accept 100% Letter of Credit (LC) at sight.
3. How long is the lead time?
The typical lead time is 25 to 30 days after receiving the deposit.
4. What are our normal Trade Terms?
Our standard trade terms are FOB (Free on Board) and CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight)
