- The corrugated main roller of ¢346mm is made of 50CrMo alloy steel treated by tungsten carbide. A modular design is used for the corrugated roller. An air bag ballast structure is used. A PLC is used for automatically controlling gluing. The human-machine interface touch screen and the steam heating are used.
- A cover suction structure and a high-pressure strong fan are used, which has the advantages of the maintenance free and the wide range of using core paper.
- The high-quality resin sand high-strength casting is provided with good shock absorption effect and heavy structure. The shaft sleeve ductile iron casting for the corrugated roller and pressure roller is featured with high strength and long service life.
- The transmission unit using synchronous belt transmission is free from oil pollution and convenient to maintain. The main power comes from variable frequency motor, which is energy-saving and efficient and has low failure rate.
- The gluing roller unit is provided with an overall out-moving structure, which can be wholly moved out of the machine from the side during maintenance, which can improve the work efficiency.
- A spray humidification device is used to keep good deformation stability of corrugating form of core paper and avoid dry cracking.
- An automatic circulating glue supply system and a double-cylinder pneumatic glue feeding device are used, which has good cushioning effect. The gap between the gluing roller and the corrugating roller is adjusted electrically.
- The gluing roller is treated with by pit anilox and hard chromium plating. A copper scraper is used for the evenly gluing roller. The glue amount is controlled automatically or manually.
- The corrugated roller is made of 50crmo alloy steel. The corrugated main roller with the diameter of ¢346mm is treated with tungsten carbide or by hard chromium plating.
- The electric adjustment for gluing width can adapt the width change of all raw papers.
- The safety nets are provided at all power and operating parts to ensure the safety of personnel during the machines run.
- A simple operation control system and a touch screen operation interface in combination with color pictures displaying the operation status, the function selection, the fault indication and troubleshooting and the parameter setting, show that the machine is featured with complete function, simple operation and humanization.
