The 2 layer corrugated paper machine production line is the ideal and perfect equipment for small or medium carton factories.This corrugated paper line consists of three machines. There are roll stand , single face 2 layer corrugated machine and sheet cutter .It is known as the heart of the "corrugated cardboard production line".It is the key equipment from single-layer paper to double-layer corrugated paper . The production line has rational structure design, advanced producing flow, high efficiency, strong batch adjustable, easy operation, etc. good work conditions.
Structure and Features:
1.Single facer machine
--Drive reducer box with oil immersed type lubricating to reduce nose keep running stable. adopt gimbal transmission, seperate power.
--Corrugating roller, pressure roller and glue roller by pneumatic adjustment.
--Cardboard transmit adopt vacuum suction method, with wind control system. keep flute profiles stable of the lower-roller in the condition of running up.
2.Computerized sheet cutter
--The single-layer paper-receiving machine is a equipment which match with the single -knife paper cutting machine .
--The maximum speed of the machine is 80m/min.
--The paper cutting machine cuts the single layer corrugated paper as required and then stacks it by a single-layer paper receiving machine,which reduce a lot of manpower.
