Application:

LBMQ-01 medical cotton ball making machine is aimed at pharmaceuticals industry, instead of traditional methods to making cotton ball. The machine can complete the production of cotton ball at one time. 
The weight of the cotton ball can be changed by the controller. The size of the cotton ball is 0.2g to 3g (controlled by the tube). It can change the size of the cotton ball by replacing the tube mold and adjusting the roller clutch.
Function:This machine mainly to make the siliconized fiber into the shape of ball fiber which appearance like pearl.The opened fiber will be good as filling materials for sofa cushion,bedding,pillow,toys,clothing which make them more full and good elasticity.The size of the ball shape and the tension can be adjusted accordingly.
