Product Description:
The CP-27 can be easily dispersed into powder with favorable fineness even in very short time. It is a kind of white powder with high gel transparency and good performance in constancy reinforcement, thixotropic and anti-depositing. It has the gelatin capability to medium to high polarity systems as well as various hydrogenated oil and the composite linking substance. This model of product is equivalent to Bentone27.

Usage:
The CP-27 product requires the high shear condition and the polarity activator to enhance its dispersion and viscosity reinforcement according to the following dispensation:
- Methanol/water(95/5): 33% of CP-27
- Ethanol/water(95/5): 33% of CP-27
- Acetone: 50% of CP-27
CP-27 organic bentonite is typically added as follows:
1. Vehicle/solvent (mix)
2. CP-27 (mix 10 minutes)
3. Chemical (polar) activator (mix 5 to 10 minutes)
4. Surfactant (if any)
5. Pigment(s) (disperse to desired N.S.)
6. Let down
The amount of CP-27 should account 0.3-2% of the total amount of the system, which is determined according to the test.
Applications:
Wood-ware lacquer, offset printing ink, fireproofing coating and gold stamping material.
Package & Storage:
Kraft paper bag interior with PE.
The weight : 25±0.25kg per bag.
The package and weight also can be customized.
Product should be stored in ventilated, cool and dry place.
Storage life : two years.
