XP/BP series feeder risers can be customized to produce variety of gap and vent hole.
XP produced by core shooting technology
XPL produced by cold core triethylamine technology
BP produced by vacuum molded technology
Exothermic riser sleeve, with low density, accurate size, good exothermic effect, which is suitable for the feeding of iron casting and steel casting. It can be inserted into the sand mold after modeling or matched with the sand core and put into the sand mold. It can effectively improve casting yields and enhance the density of casting, reduce the cleaning and welding repair work.
