Characteristics
Cr12MoV/1.2601 is widely used in China for making High-duty cutting tools (dies and punches), blanking and punching tools. It is the economic grade of Compared with 1.2379, D2 and SKD11, with the lower content of Mo and V.
Applications
It's used for making high-duty cutting tools (dies and punches), blanking and punching tools, wood working tools, shear blades for cutting light-gauge material, thread rolling tools, tools for drawing, deep drawing and cold extrusion, pressing tools for the ceramics and pharmaceutical industries, cold rools (working rolls) for multiple-roll stands, measuring instruments and gauges, small moulds for the plastics industry where excellent wear resistance is required
Delivery Time: 7-10 working days for steel in stock. 20-60 working days for direct production based on the quantity.

Before loadnig into container, all product will go through pre-shipment inspection by our professional QC group. UT test shalled be applied to steel material, according to Sep 1921 C/c,D/d,or E/e level based on different type of steel.

Our MOQ each order is around 25 Tons(one container), customer can mix different types of steel to reach this quantity.
