Crankless Eccentric Press Machine/Power Press(S2N)
Features:
-Straight type and separated-structure including three parts:crossbeam, uprights and base tightened by four tensile srew rods, high rigidity and less deformation.
-Eccentric gear structure, large of stroke of slide and large center distance between two connecting-rods, strong load deviation resistant capability.
-Imported pneumatic combination friction clutch-brake, with low noise, long service life, large clutch torque and small braking angle, to ensure reliable safety and flexible action.
-Eight-side long rectangle guides of the slide in high moving precision and high accuracy.
-Hydraulic overload protection device achieving high sensitivity in effectively pretecting against overload, to ensure convenient and reliable operation.
-Automatic oil-forced lubrication system, and alarming function for over temperature to ensure the operation.
-Cushion, moveable table and other optional accessories are available according to the customer's demands.
