Grade M3021( ISO-M30),.PVD coated, high strength and high compact strength, suitable for the semi-finishing and roughing of refractory steels, manganese steels and stainless steel with small feed rate.
Grade M1521 (ISO M15) , PVD coated, good red hardness as well as high strength and high compact strength, suitable for the semi-finishing and finishing of refractory steel,manganese steel,austenitic stainless steel,also used for the machining of cast iron.
Grade P4021(ISO-P40), PVD coated, good red hardness with high impact strength and excellent hot shock-resistance, suitable for the roughing and heavy-duty cutting of steels and cast steel.
Grade M4022(ISO-M40), PVD coated, good red hardness with high impact strength and excellent hot shock-resistance, good strength, suitable for the roughing and heavy-duty cutting of steels and cast steel.
Grade MR1507(ISO M10--M20), CVD-coated, good wear resistance, good deformation-resistance, suitable for interrupted and uninterrupted cutting of high manganese steel and stainless steel.
Grade P301 ( ISO P35), uncoated, Good wear-resistance.good red hardness with high strength,suitable for the roughing of cast steels and forging steels.
We are offering standard and custom-made milling inserts to your blue print or your samples, in different insert sizes, square or rectangular, concave and convex radius, single-ended or single-sided radius, double-ended or double-sided radius.
