Specification:
Manual capping machine, penicillin bottle manual capping machine, antibiotic bottle capping machine, infusion bottle capping machine, manual capping machine. This device is used for sealing penicillin bottles and oral liquid bottles with aluminum caps and aluminum plastic caps with diameters of 13, 15, and 20 millimeters. Insulin bottles, oral liquid bottles, penicillin bottles, syrup bottles and aluminum caps, aluminum plastic caps, easy to pull caps, small iron caps, copper caps, and freeze-dried rubber stoppers, flat rubber stoppers, and concave rubber stoppers can be combined and tightly rolled together.
Note: perfume bottle caps can also be sealed. If customers need to seal perfume bottle caps or penicillin bottle caps, please inform the salesperson before placing an order.
Manual capping machine usage method:
1. Prepare glass bottles, inner stoppers, and outer covers (easy to pull, aluminum, or aluminum plastic).
2. Place the inner plug inside the outer cover.
3. Place the inner stopper and lid on the glass bottle mouth.
4. Place the bottle cap part into the clamp.
5. Gently press the handle up and down until the rolling head is tightened (without excessive force).
6. Release the handle and restore it to its original position. Use three fingers to check that the bottle cap is not loose.
7. If the first capping is not tight or smooth, simply adjust the capping head. Rotate clockwise to loosen and counterclockwise to tighten.
13A type, suitable for capping caliber: 12.8-13mm
15A type, suitable for capping caliber: 14.8-15mm
20A type, suitable for capping caliber: 19.5-20mm
This series of capping machines is divided into two types: Z and Z * * A series
Z series is suitable for sealing all aluminum covers of corresponding diameters
Z * * A series is suitable for sealing aluminum plastic covers of corresponding diameters
Z13, Z15, and Z20 are suitable for sealing all aluminum covers of corresponding diameters
Z13A, Z15A, and Z20A are suitable for sealing aluminum plastic covers of corresponding diameters.
