Description

WMP-1203 is a specially formulated semiconductive, vulcanizable compound designed for conductor screen and bonded insulation screen applications in medium voltage cables with rated voltages up to 35kV. WMP-1203 has stable volume resistivity characteristics at elevated temperatures and is formulated with a polymer system that has demonstrated compatibility with copper and aluminum conductors. WMP-1203 offers excellent extrusion properties with low melt pressure and low temperature generation, so it has excellent scorch resistance and good smoothness under a wide processing window.
