Processing process:
Add the crosslinking agent JL-501 to the PVC coating agent at 3-8%, stir it evenly, apply it on the base cloth, and then dry it (drying temperature is generally 130-160ºC) and plasticize it (plasticizing temperature is generally 170-220ºC), and the oven time is generally 60-90s.
Note:
(1) After adding crosslinking agent, please use it within 1-4 hours.
(2)The fluidity of this product will deteriorate at low temperature in winter, and it will return to
normal after mixing, without affecting the product quality.
