Product Description
1) Pipe cutting
We just use the automachine cutting blade to keep all our length controlled within 1mm, and pipe end will be plain without any splinter
2) Welding
All our worker are professional and have more than 5 years welding experience. They know how to make goods perfect.
3) Sanding
This is very important process. But many factories ignore it. Before send to make surface treatment, we will ask our workers to sanding the welding places to protect beautiful and no fake welding. Thus all goods will be nice to make galvanized or painted.
4)Surface treatment
To be honest, Galvanized factory is different to quality requirements. We just choose one better and meet all coating and surface requirements.
Hot dip galvanized, electro-galvanized, powder coated, and painted.

Vertical / Standard for Cuplock Scaffolding System
Cuplock scaffolding spigotted standards are principally used in access scaffolding applications and also as a base structure for formwork support applications. They have cup joints at 500mm intervals. The captive mobile top cups are designed to endure rough site handling and welded bottom cups are made from high-quality steel. Integral spigots, 150mm long, are provided at the top of each standard for making vertical connections. The spigots and the base of each standard incorporate 16mm dia. Holes to enable use of locking pins to join standards where necessary.
Vertical(standard), horizontal tube diameter is 48.3mm with 3.2mm thickness.
