  High-temperature resistant mica board is a hard sheet insulation material made from imported high-temperature resistant white mica raw materials and high-temperature organic silicon resin adhesive, which is specially designed for electric heating mechanical applications with high performance requirements.

Product Features:

  The mica board is made by bonding mica paper with organic silicon gel, heating, and pressing. The mica content is about 90%, and the organic silicon gel content is 10%. The product is silver-white in color.

Temperature Resistance Grade:

Continuous use temperature resistance up to 500°C, intermittent use temperature resistance up to 850°C;
White mica board: This product is silver-white, with a continuous use temperature of 500°C; Gold mica board: This product is gold-colored, with a continuous use temperature of 850°C.
Excellent high-temperature insulation performance, with a maximum temperature resistance of up to 1000°C, and good cost-effectiveness. It also has excellent electrical insulation performance.
