A6: Customers normally need to bear the cost of sample and shipping themselves. Later when our company receives further batch order after sample testing, we can deduct sample fee from order cost for you.

A7: 1) Inquiry--provide us all clear requirements(Specification, Qty and package details).
2) Quotation---official quotation form with all clear specifications from our professional team.
3) Making sample --- confirm all quotation details and the final sample.
4) Payment terms---T/T, 30% deposit before production, 70% balance before delivery. (If total amount is less than USD$2000, then 100% pre-paid by T/T. By this way, the buyer could avoid second time bank handling charge.
5) Shipping--- by express, by air, by train or by sea.
