Q1: How could I choose the right machine?
A: We have various model of packing & palletizing machines to fit different materials and bags. Pls tell our sales manager thedetails of your requests, such as type and shape of the material to be bagged, size and weight of the bag, planned packing & stacking capacity, and so on. Then our engineer will recommend the proper plan for you.
Q2: How long is the guarantee?
A: All of our products are guaranteed for 24 months and we will also provide a set of free spare parts for potential replacement
Q3: What's the payment terms?
A: 50%T/T as deposit, and 50% balance before delivery. And the testing video and pictures of final goods will be
send before balance payment for confirmation.
Q4: What is the delivery time?
A: Usually the lead time of packing machine is 15-20 days, lead time of palletizing machine is 40-50 days. If you have an urgent demands, pls inform us in advance and we will try to shorten the production time.
Q5: Does your company supply the spare parts?
A: Yes,we supply the spare parts for you at lowest price with professional after-sale service team to promptly and thoroughly solve your problems.
Q6: Can your company send engineers to install and adjust the machines abroad?
A: If required, we will dispatch technician to your country for the guidance of installation, commissioning & adjusting of machine and also training your local workers. and pls note with in this situation all cost from China to your company including food, accommodation, transportation etc and extra salary of the worker per day will all be responsible by your side.
Column palletizer can also be called Rotary palletizer or Coordinate palletizer, it is the most concise and compact type of palletizer. The Column Palletizer can handle bags containing stable, aerated or powdery products, permitting partial overlapping of the bags in the layer along both the top and sides, offering flexible format changes. Its extreme simplicity makes it possible to palletise even on pallets sitting directly on the floor.
The machine features a sturdy rotating column with a rigid horizontal arm connected to it that can slide vertically along the column. The horizontal arm has a bag pick-up gripper mounted on it that slides along it, rotating around its vertical axis.The machine takes the bags one at a time from the roller conveyor on which they arrive and places them at the point assigned by the program.The horizontal arm descends to the necessary height so that the gripper can pick up the bags from the bag infeed roller conveyor and then it ascends to permit free rotation of the main column. The gripper traverses along the arm and rotates around the main column to place the bag in the position assigned by the programmed palletising pattern.
