DENIS CIMAF blades
DENIS CIMAF DAF and DAH technologies were developed usingblades so they are the natural choice for replacement tools. They are all made from forged, hardened steel, which is heat treatedseveral times.
Each blade is attached to the rotor with a hardenedbolt and nut, which makes them fast and easy to replace. Theycan be sharpened on the unit, by using a grinder. Each blade hasa specific purpose. The secret to greater blade durability is usingthe right blade for the right job.

1. Tungsten carbide particles: The broken raw material tungsten carbide with double-grain structure has high wear resistance, and we only use the highest grade tungsten carbide as the raw material of the knife tip.
2. Steel body: In SKYMECH, we use 42CrMo alloy steel, one of the highest grade steel materials. It has a hardness of up to 42-55 HRC, which provides strength to the tungsten carbide tip.
3. Hard surface: We use special chrome to make a wear-resistant welding layer on the tool surface, and the hardness can reach 48hrc-52hrc.
4. About bolt size: We have both imperial and metric threads that can be used by customers in various regions
