5. What's the payement term?
30% deposit and 70% balance before shippment.
6. May I have new sample made with my design for confirmation?
Yes, we can print a sample per your file, but it is without cutting.
7. What about the lead time?
Normally 7 workdays after confirmation of design file and 30% deposit received.
8. How can i know if my goods have been shipped?
Detailed photos of every process will be sent to you during the production. We will supply the tracking No.after shipping.
9. What shipping method can i choose? How about the shipping time of each option?
DHL, UPS, TNT, FEDEX, BY sea, etc. 3 to 5 workdays of express delivery. 10 to 30 workdays by sea.
