2.The bonding strength increases with the increase of the contact area between the adhesive and the bonded surface, and applying a stable pressure helps in the contact between the adhesive and the adhesive surface, thus increasing the bonding strength.
In order to achieve the best bonding effect, the adhesive surface must be clean and dry, and the optimal temperature range for tape application is 21-38ºC. It is suggested that if the initial bonding temperature is lower than 10ºC, it is not suitable for bonding, so the adhesive is too hard to be firmly bonded to the object; however, if the bonding force at low temperature is also satisfactory.
