Rectangular carbon tubes are laminated from high-strength prepreg carbon fiber and epoxy resin. The carbon fiber tubes have a twill weave outer layer. The carbon fibers are laminated in different directions. This ensures unique stiffness and strength as well as low weight. These rectangular tubes are far more resistant to bending than metal tubes.

C/C-composite Bolts & Nuts characterized by its high heat resistance are used in many high temperature environments over 1000°C while metals or ceramics lose mechanical strength.
Also, the unique graphite properties such as resistance to adhesion or friction make them ideal for joining components under high temperatures.
CFC Cylinders
We deliver CFC cylinders in an excellent quality for high temperature applications such as hot pressing of tungsten carbide or ceramics.
Carbon-carbon composite features:
(1) Physical properties: After high temperature treatment, the carbon composite has higher carbon content, >99%, the density is low, the mechanical properties are good. Due to good characteristic of high melting point of carbon, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and thermal shock performance, the carbon composite is resistant to acid, alkali and salt.
(2) High mechanical strength: the strength is 5 times that of steel at high temperature.
(3) High temperature resistance: excellent mechanical and electrical properties can still be maintained at temperatures above 2000ºC.
(4) Low thermal expansion coefficient.
