Q6. What is screen printing?
A6. Screen printing, also known as silk screening, is a printing technique where a mesh screen is used to transfer ink onto a substrate, such as fabric, paper, metal, or plastic. The process involves creating a stencil (or "screen") of the desired design on the screen mesh, which is typically made of polyester or other fine materials. The areas of the screen that are not part of the stencil are blocked off, so that when ink is pressed through the screen using a squeegee, it only transfers onto the substrate in the open areas of the stencil, creating the desired image.

A7. Our colors can be customized according to PMS ( Pantone matching system by usual) .
Q8. What is the thickness of overlay panel we could choose?
A8. Generally 0.05 ~ 0.25mm.
Q9. How many layers can the overlay be customized?
A9. The general design is 2 layers, but can be customized according to special requirements.
Q10. Do I need to provide drawings?
A10. Yes, we need you provide high resolution drawings in vector format like PDF CDR or AI file, etc. In addition, need you provide the circuit drawing at the same time.
