Product Description
1. Materials:
PU Leather on the surface and back inside wrapped with soft PU foam.
2. Produce Process:
Make the synthetic leather with 3D design in the mold, inject liquid A and B PU materials in. There is chemical reaction and start bubbling to become soft foam. During the reaction, the foam will be sticky to catch the leather surface strongly. Then cover another leather on the back for water and moisture proof. After few minutes, the 3D leather panel is made. Because there is no glue in the whole process,it's a ONE BODY with healthy & long life products.
3. Features:
High Flexibility: 3d soft leather wall panels can be molded to any shape, pattern and size for requirements for the wall, door,ceiling or any surface . Our surface 3d soft leather wall panels are easily bent into arches, will not crack or split when cut, saw or drilled. Alternately, customers can use silicone glue to affix them on the wall.
Sound proof and Sound Insulation: Our panels have no porous structure and sculptural surface, which can defuse the reverberation for the better acoustic effect. Besides, the 3d effect will also achieve a higher acoustic performance.
Thermal Performance: Our panels will not warp or distort with the changing temperature.
Moisture-resistance: our 3d panels will not deteriorate in the damp or humid areas.
