FAQ1. What kind of information should I offer if I want to get a quotation?
1) box type and printing requirements.
2) box folded size or flat size. < Length x Width x Depth >
3) material and finishing material of packaging boxes.
4) if you are unsure printing color or box finishing material we can provide suggestions.
Usually the quotation will be sent to you within 4 working hours upon all the details of products being clear. We can quote you within 1 hour or even less time for urgent transaction.
2. Can I get a sample before mass production?
Of course! The normal production progress is that we make pre-production sample for your quality evaluation in advance. We will start mass production until we get your confirmation on this sample.
3. Is sample free? how long can you make a sample?
1) White sample is free of charge. For finished sample, we only charge you printing and material cost since running a large printer for small quantity package is very expensive.
2) White sample needs 1-2 working days, digital sample needs 3-5 working days ,printing sample needs 5-7 working days which up to confirmed file.
4. Can the sample charge be refundable?
Yes, sample charge can be refundable and deduct from bulk order.
5. How long is the mass production time?
Normally 15-25 working days according to different quantity. Rush order can be faster.
6. What kind of file format do you accept?
AI & PDF file is preferred.
7. Can you print spot varnish, UV clear coating with 5 or 6 colors ?
Yes. We have 6C printer and complete post process machines.
8. What delivery method do you have ?
