Q1:What is your MOQ of water bottles?
Generally our moq is 500pcs, but we accept lower quantity for your trial order.
Yes, we can provide you the existing sample free of charge. For samples with your own logo, we will charge some sample cost, this cost can be deducted from the bulk order after bulk order confirmed.
Q3:How long is the sample lead time?
For existing samples, it takes 1-3 days generally. If you want it with your own designs, it takes 5-7 days subject to your designs.
Q4:How long is the production lead time?
It takes 10days around for 500pcs. We have large production capacity, which can ensure fast delivery for large quantity.
Q5:What format of the file do you need if I want my own design?
We have our own designer, so you can provide JPG, AI or PDF file. We will make mock up for your confirming first.
