4. Can I have my logo on the products? What about a custom design?
1) Provide us with your design or logo in AI or PS file format.
2) We offer options for logo color, placement, silk screen printing, debossing, or embossing.

5. How long will it take to get the sample? Is there any charge?How many days?
1) Please provide the model number of the item.
2) One free sample per model is available; shipping costs are borne by the customer.
3) Samples typically ship within 3-5 days via DHL or UPS.

6. How much does my custom design cost? What are the sample charges? Can these be refunded upon placing a mass production order?
1) Molding and sample fees depend on your design specifications.
2) Lead time is 5 days for sample molds and 10 days for mass production molds.
3) Sample charges are refunded once an order is placed. Molding fees are refunded based on your orders.
4) Please note that shipping fees for samples are not included. We appreciate your understanding.
