A:Our factory is located in Dongguan City ,Guangdong Province,China,about 20 minutes from Changping train station and nearest Shenzhen and Guangzhou airport , it is vert convenient we warmly welcome customers visit us.
Q3:What's your sea port and air port?
A:Shenzhen,Hongkong sea and air port.
Q4: Could you provide some samples?
A:We will be happy to send you similar sample in our stock, but the courier fee will need to be borne by your side.
Q5:What artwork form do we need to prepare?
A:PDF,AI,PSD etc vector format
Q6: What is the MOQ ?
A:MOQ is 500pcs, also accept less quantity, but price higher.
Q7: How to make sure high quality ?
A:We can send you video for processing anytime . Each product will be thoroughly inspected before being packed and shipped. For any quality problems, we will make new ones for free and send you again.
Q8.Can you help me make my own design? how about the sample fee and sample time?
A:Sure. We have a professional development team to design new items. And we've made OEM and ODM items for many customers. You can tell me your idea or provide us the drawing. We will develop for you. As to the sample time is about 5 days. The sample fee is charged according to the material and size of the product.
Q9: What's your payment terms?
A: We prefer online transactions, as this can ensure your rights and interests. Other payment methods are also acceptable, such as: Paypal,T/T, Western Union. The payment method is 30% deposit + 70% balance, deposit before processing ,balance before shipping .
