Direction for use
1. Clean the skin from dirt, oils or lotions, dry it before taping
2. Open the tape and stick onto the application position
3. To avoid hindering circulation do not wrap too tightly
4. Tear off by hand at the end
5. Gently remove the tape from skin after use

2. Do not use on open wounds, broken or irritated skin
