Yes. We have our own factory and we are the manufacturer, which has 10 designers and more 200 employees.
2. Do you have a competitive price and how can I get the discount?
Sure. We have own manufactory that we are able to provide the most competitive price to you. The discount is mainly up to some factors, include the order quantity, product size and constructions, delivery time, materials and so on. All of these will influence the price. Besides, increasing the order also can help you get a bigger and more favorable discount.
3.  How do you control the product quality?
Our factory has more than ten-year experiences to manufacture the high quality product. Most of our workers have 10-20 years experiences in stuffed toys. We always inspect the finished products one by one before packing to make sure the quality is 100% good.

4. How about your MOQ?
Generally, our MOQ is 1000pcs, but 500pcs is acceptable if you do requests exactly. Furthermore, there is no MOQ to our old clients. Also it is no problems between 50-100 pcs to the order.

5. When is the delivery time?
Usually the sample time is 5-7 working days and bulk production is 30-45 days. If your order is very urgent, it is workable in 10-25 days, but you might pay more money for this.

6. Can we choose the personalized customization?
