Product Description
1.Basic structure
Underframe is the all-steel welding structure, which is welded by end sill, center sill, side sill, bolster, transom and assistant sill.
2.Materials
Steel plates and sections to be employed are Chinese 09CuPCrNi-A steel or Q450NQR1 steel, their mechanical performance and anti-corrosive performance are equivalent or better than ASTM A-242 and ASTM A-583.Container locking device
3.Fixed container lock shall be used at both end of locking device, and movable container lock is used in the middle.
4.Painting
The inner and outside surface of car body shall be used epoxy cloud iron thick plasm primer and alkyd resin finish.
Paint colour is selected according to the requirements of Customer.
