Superalloy nozzle guide vane used for turbojet engine, nozzle guide vane be finished by integral casting. And casting method of nozzle guide vane is investment & vacuum casting, casting surface smoothness can meet Ra3.2μm.
The material of nozzle guide vane is superalloy Inconel 713c. And all nozzle guide vanes are subjected to stress relief heat treatment to imporve the mechanical properties of products. After heat treatment mechanical properties can meet:
