Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally it's within 3 days if we have goods in stock, or 15 - 20 days if the goods are not in stock, depends on the order quantity. (It will take about 7 days to make sample mold, and about 15 days to make mass production mold)

Q: Do you provide free samples?
A: Yes, we could offer the samples for free charge, but not pay the express freight.

Q: What is your terms of payment?
A: T/T or Paypal or Western Union or Cash;
For mold cost 100% deposit;
For bulk order Payment < US$1000, 100% deposit in advance;
payment ≥US$1000, 30% deposit in advance, 70% balance before shipping.

Q: Do you have any MOQ?
