Description:

It consists of 100% continuous filament knitted polyester laundered in Class 100-1000 cleanrooms. These swabs are especially low
in chemical extractables and particle counts.

It is thermally-bonded onto the handle, sealing exposed edges for reduced fiber release and eliminating the need for adhesives.

The swabs are compatible with acetone and excellent chemical resistance.

Mainly we produce 3 types of different head materials of cleanroom swab:

Foam Head Cleanroom Swabs .
Foam head is constructed from compressed ,100 ppi(Z) open-cell polyurethane foam that is free from organic contaminants such as
silicone ,amide or DOP .

Polyester Head Cleanroom Swabs .
Polyester head is constructed from compressed polyester head and polypropylene handle .
3
Microfiber Cleanroom Swabs .
Microfiber head is constructed from compressed microfiber head and polypropylene handle.
