Turn around times
Packaging is usually shipped the same day when ordered prior to 10am but unfortunately this isn't always possible. We therefore advise a 2-4 working day turnaround as all packaging is made to order and we receive a LOT of orders - our cali packs are one of our best sellers after all! We do understand that sometimes you need your packaging urgently and we'll always do our best to meet your needs but we do advise you contact us first for urgent orders using the contact us page to ensure this is possible - we hate to let our valued clients down.
